Laurels follow those who blend skill with sincerity. With hearts brimming with pride and achievement, Delhi Public School, Asansol, once again celebrated a moment of glory as its students clinched the First Position at the HYT – 1.0 Healthy Yet Tasty Training Workshop. Organised by the Department of Nutrition under the aegis of IQAC, IIC and the Research Developmental Cell, in collaboration with NSHM Knowledge Campus, Durgapur, the programme highlighted the harmony between health, taste and innovation. Students from various institutions participated actively. The team from Delhi Public School, Asansol showcased a thoughtfully curated balanced diet comprising a nutritious beverage, a wholesome main course and a healthy dessert. The presentation reflected creativity, hygiene and sound nutritional understanding. The panel of judges, consisting of principals and experts in Nutrition and Dietetics, appreciated the effort, awarding the team the First Position with an impressive score of 26 out of 30. The accomplishment stands as a reflection of the visionary guidance and steadfast support of the honourable Principal ma’am, Ms Vineeta Srivastava. The event proved to be an inspiring blend of learning, competition and real-world exposure.
